In the history of Crazy Horse, he grew up to be a great man, warrior, leader, and cheif. He had celebrated his battle skills as well as his efforts to preservse Native American and the way of life. He had led himself and his people to victories and great defeats in battles. But after surrending in 1877, he had been killed. Before he had gotten killed, he had requested that on the day he dies, he wanted to be taken and buried near his homeland.
